Data Sovereignty & Split-Brain Framework
Sovereign Purge & Data Portability
Users retain exclusive ownership of all data, records, and judgment patterns stored within their personal relational schema (“Sovereign Data”). StackFast Technologies acts solely as the architect of the infrastructure layer and a business associate for data processing.
At any time, users may initiate a Sovereign Port through the StackFast Cockpit for immediate export in PostgreSQL and JSON formats. Users may also request a Sovereign Purge — cryptographic erasure of all data within 48 hours.
Zero-Training Guarantee
User-owned Sovereign Data shall be used exclusively to inform the User's private instance. StackFast Technologies explicitly warrants that this data will never be used to train, fine-tune, or inform any global foundation models or third-party AI systems.
Security Tiers & Enterprise Split-Brain
All data processed through the StackFast Cockpit is classified into four Security Tiers:
- T0Sovereign Bio/Health — User only. Immediate port, zero enterprise visibility.
- T1Professional Meta-Logic — Shared. Dual retention, enterprise details redacted.
- T2Institutional Memory — Enterprise. Stays in Cockpit upon termination.
- T3Black-Box IP — Enterprise. Cryptographic lock, zero porting.
Enterprise Property (Tier 2/3) resides permanently in the Enterprise Cockpit. User Property (Tier 0/1) remains sovereign and portable.
